• Upgraded four images to clear HIGH/CRITICAL findings (Trivy, fix available, 2026-10-03): AlertManager v0.27.0 to v0.34.1 (96 to 2), Loki 3.3.0 to 3.6.17 (54 to 8), Grafana 11.3.1 to 12.4.12 (135 to 2), Prometheus v2.55.1 to v3.13.4 (98 to 2).
• Loki's Deployment now uses strategy: Recreate.

Verified

• Each upgrade was live-tested on a kind cluster, including the full PostgresExporterDown firing and resolved cycle for AlertManager and Prometheus, and datasource checks for Grafana.

Known limitations

• PostgreSQL exporter (48 findings) and Promtail (86 findings) are not yet upgraded.
• Loki retention is probably not enforced (no compactor block).
• Rolling back Prometheus v3 needs a data backup.
