Fixed

• Loki retention was configured but never enforced: the compactor had no retention_enabled: true. Now enabled; the live pod reports it. Actual deletion of old chunks has not been observed yet (test data is under 7 days old).
• Disabling postgres-exporter no longer produces a permanent false PostgresExporterDown alert: the scrape job and rule are gated on postgresExporter.enabled.
• Config changes now roll Loki, AlertManager, Prometheus and Grafana pods automatically (checksum annotations). Verified live with a Loki value change.

Upgrade note

• The first upgrade restarts those four pods once.
• Loki and AlertManager hash their values, so a change to template text alone does not roll them.
