These Terms of Service govern your use of RAGLeap, operated by Antony at ragleap.com. By using RAGLeap, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • → You are at least 18 years old
  • → You have read and agree to these Terms
  • → If using on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that company

2. Description of Service

  • • AI-powered document intelligence using RAG
  • • Neo4j knowledge graph for enhanced retrieval
  • • Multi-channel bots (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Voice, Web)
  • • Cloud-hosted plans and self-hosted server edition

3. Acceptable Use

✗Upload illegal or harmful content
✗Hack or reverse engineer the platform
✗Send spam via platform bots
✗Resell platform without written permission
✗Violate any applicable laws
✗Share license keys with others

4. Billing & Payments

Cloud Plans

  • • Billed monthly or annually in USD
  • • Auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
  • • Cancel anytime — access continues until period ends
  • • API costs billed separately by OpenAI/Gemini/Claude

Server Edition (One-time)

  • • One-time payment grants perpetual license
  • • License key delivered by email after payment
  • • Annual support renewal at 20% of license price (optional)
  • • No refunds after license key is activated

5. Refund Policy

  • ✓ Cloud plans: Full refund within 7 days of first purchase if unused
  • ✓ Platform down 72+ hours due to our fault: prorated refund
  • ✗ Server Edition: No refunds after license key delivered
  • ✗ Auto-renewals: No refunds if not cancelled before renewal

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: RAGLeap, its code, design, and content are owned by Antony/RAGLeap. You may not copy or distribute any part without written permission.

Your IP: You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload. We only process them to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAGLEAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Disputes resolved through negotiation, then mediation, then courts of Tamil Nadu.
