No changes to ragleap-core itself in this tag. This is a maintenance snapshot of the monorepo reflecting real package and Java-port updates since v0.7.0. If you only use ragleap-core (the app), v0.7.0 is still current for you.

• ragleap-observability → v0.3.0 — AlertManager added, first real alert rule, a Prometheus Recreate strategy fix, and a Loki deployment wired into Grafana as a datasource.
• ragleap-tools → v0.2.0 — new search_web tool with pluggable BYOK providers.
• ragleap-rag — ingest() gained a metadata= parameter; fixed QdrantBackend returning an unnormalized cosine similarity score; fixed WeaviateBackend being unreachable on a non-default port plus a named-vector/score search bug.
• ragleap-rag (Java port) → v0.10.0 — four new vector backends added since v0.7.0: QdrantBackend, WeaviateBackend (live-verified), MilvusBackend (not live-verified), PineconeBackend (not live-verified).
• ragleap-vectorstores — new CI test job (Python 3.10/3.12 matrix against a real Redis Stack instance).
• Repo housekeeping: clone-count badge automation, SBOM regenerated, a misplaced file removed.

Full test suite: 477 passing (unchanged from v0.7.0, since no core/ code changed).
