🛠️ 9-pattern agentic architecture build

• Tool Registry (core/employees/tools.py) — consolidates the escalate_to_owner logic that was previously duplicated inline across 3 channel routers into one shared entry, and wires it into channels/voice/router.py, the one channel that was missing it entirely (#383, #384)
• Observability/tracing (core/observability.py) — a real per-request trace record for core.chat.ask() (role, retrieval stats, provider used, fallback status, token usage, latency, errors), written to a new agent_traces table. New GET /observability/report endpoint. Best-effort by design — a tracing failure never breaks the actual chat response (#404)

🐛 Fixes

• gemini-2.5-flash deprecated by Google ("no longer available to new users") — updated the stale default to gemini-3.5-flash across the codebase, docs, and CI (#386)

🌍 Community & docs

• Added a GitHub Sponsors funding button (#403)
• Added a README translation workflow — auto-generates and keeps translations in sync across all 54 languages core/language.py's LanguageDetector supports, resumable across the free-tier Gemini key's daily quota (#385, #390, #391, #401)
• Added Java install instructions to the README (#406)

✅ Testing

Full suite: 278 passed, 0 failures — verified fresh against merged main before tagging.

🧵 Related releases in this window (separate packages, own versioning)

Not part of ragleap-core's own version, but shipped alongside it in the same window:

• ragleap-rag (Java) v0.5.0 — first public release on Maven Central (io.github.antonyrag:ragleap-rag:0.5.0). Core RAG pipeline ported: connection pooling, embeddings, generation. 215 tests (214 passing). Live-verified against real Postgres + local Ollama.
• ragleap-rag (Python) — a real bug found via community live-verification (issue #360, thanks @seven7763): _embed_cohere/_embed_voyage silently ignored a caller-supplied base_url. Fixed on main (#394); not yet published to PyPI as of this release — still on 0.12.6 there.

This release covers ragleap-core only. The Java port (java/) and the separately-versioned ragleap-rag/ragleap-observability packages (packages/) ship on their own release cadence — see their own CHANGELOGs.
