Java port of ragleap-rag

First public release on Maven Central: io.github.antonyrag:ragleap-rag:0.5.0

Core RAG pipeline fully ported and live-verified:

Connection pooling (HikariCP), embeddings (7 providers), pgvector storage (dense, sparse, hybrid RRF search), retrieval, generation (streaming, structured output, provider fallback, vision captioning)
Conversation memory (Postgres-backed) and query rewriting (contextual rewrite, HyDE, multi-query, Reciprocal Rank Fusion)
Plus 8 standalone utility modules: chunking, sanitization, guardrails, cost tracking, evaluation scoring, structured-output validation, observability hooks

Independently versioned from the Python ragleap-rag package on PyPI (currently v0.12.6), not kept in lockstep — this port does not yet have full feature parity (1 of 6 vector backends, no document ingestion pipeline, no OCR/web/video/transcription support yet).

Testing

215 tests (214 passing; 1 known live-Ollama timeout flake under VPS resource contention, not a code defect). Most of the core pipeline is live-verified against real Postgres and a local Ollama instance; paid providers (gemini/anthropic/most openai-compatible) verified via local HTTP stubs, documented per-class where not live-tested.
