ragleap-observability v0.1.0

First public release. Prometheus + postgres_exporter, live-verified end-to-end against a real cluster.

Verified this release

• postgres_exporter connects to ragleap-db via a read-only monitoring role
• /metrics returns real, non-zero PostgreSQL statistics (pg_up 1, live pg_stat_database values)
• helm lint and helm template both pass

Known limitations

• neo4j exporter present but disabled -- Prometheus support in Neo4j Community Edition is unverified and conflicting across sources
• Grafana, Loki, and AlertManager not yet built -- correctly sequenced after Prometheus, per the project's own build order
