ragleap-integrations v0.1.1

Default max_response_bytes raised to 1 MiB (was 256 KiB). A real 15-tool server (Google Cloud Pub/Sub MCP) answered tools/list with 359,293 bytes, which the old default refused, so discovery failed out of the box. The response too large error now names the setting; its text stays constant. 208 tests, mutation-tested (8 of 8 breaks caught). Not live-verified: modern-path tools/call.
