Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The RagLeap Affiliate Program ("Program") allows individuals and businesses ("Affiliate", "you") to earn recurring commissions by referring paying customers to RagLeap ("we", "us", "Company"), operated by Antony at ragleap.com.

By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid bank account, UPI ID, or an accepted payment method to receive commissions.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a RagLeap employee.
• Businesses, agencies, freelancers, content creators, and consultants are all welcome to apply.
• RagLeap reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a recurring commission on every active subscription payment made by referred customers.

Commissions are calculated on the net amount, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Rates subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Referral Tracking

• Each affiliate receives a unique referral link tracked via Reditus using the ?red= parameter.
• A referral is credited when a visitor clicks your link and subscribes within 30 days.
• First-click attribution applies. Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Referrals made without your unique link will not be tracked or credited.

5. Payments

• Commissions are paid monthly within the first 10 business days of the following month.
• Payouts processed once balance reaches minimum threshold of $20 USD.
• Payments via bank transfer or UPI (India). International affiliates contact us for alternatives.
• Commissions held for 30-day clearance period before becoming eligible for payout.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for taxes on commission income in their jurisdiction.

6. Permitted Promotion

You are encouraged to promote RagLeap through:

• Your website, blog, or newsletter
• Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
• WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, community forums
• Webinars, tutorials, and educational content
• Direct outreach and personal recommendations

You may not:

• Run paid search ads bidding on "RagLeap" or any variation of our brand name
• Create fake reviews, misleading claims, or false testimonials
• Spam email lists, forums, or communities
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fraudulent traffic generation
• Represent yourself as a RagLeap employee or official spokesperson
• Offer cash-back or incentives to referred customers without written consent

7. Brand Usage

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use RagLeap's name and logo solely for promoting the Program.

• Do not alter or modify the RagLeap logo.
• Do not imply ownership, partnership, or official endorsement beyond affiliate status.
• Marketing materials must be used as-is or with prior written approval.

8. Fraud & Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals or referring immediate family members
• Creating fake accounts or trials to generate false referral credits
• Incentivising signups in exchange for commission sharing without written consent
• Automated click fraud, bot traffic, or artificial referral inflation

RagLeap reserves the right to withhold or forfeit commissions if fraud is detected, with or without prior notice.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
• Cleared commissions (past 30-day period) will be paid in the next payout cycle.
• Commissions within the clearance period may be forfeited at RagLeap's discretion.
• RagLeap may terminate immediately for fraud, breach of Terms, or brand damage.
• All brand usage licences are revoked upon termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

RagLeap's total liability shall not exceed total commissions paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of anticipated commissions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India — consistent with RagLeap's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
