Rules for using RAGLeap responsibly

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') defines the acceptable use of RAGLeap services to protect service quality, security, and all users. By using RAGLeap, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Purpose
This policy protects RAGLeap users, our infrastructure, and ensures the platform is used for legitimate business purposes only. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Activities
Illegal Content
- Upload, store, or process child exploitation material
- Facilitate terrorism, violence, or hate crimes
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or financial crimes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property Violations
- Upload pirated software, books, or copyrighted materials without authorization
- Process documents containing third-party personal data without consent
- Resell AI outputs commercially without a proper license
- Impersonate RAGLeap, our staff, or other users
Technical Abuse
- Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or copy our AI models
- Launch attacks on our infrastructure or other users
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Perform unauthorized vulnerability scanning
- Use automated bots to mass-query the system without API agreement
Content Standards
- Adult or pornographic content
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Spam or unsolicited mass communications
3. Enforcement

| First violation | Warning + content removal |
| Second violation | Temporary suspension (7 days) |
| Serious violation | Immediate permanent ban + legal action |
| Zero tolerance (child exploitation, terrorism) | Immediate ban + reported to authorities |
4. Reporting Violations
